Buttock lift is an operation performed to lift the buttocks and, rarely, to make the butt less prominent. The waist, hip and butt anatomy are considered as a whole. The procedure to be performed is determined according to anatomical factors and a design suitable for the person’s body is made.
Surgical methods applied in buttock aesthetics are liposuction-lipofilling, stretching method and silicone prosthesis applications. Usually, fat is taken from the back, belly and waist area and given to the butt area. However, if the patient does not have enough fat, butt augmentation is performed with a silicone butt prosthesis thanks to a second method. Buttock aesthetic surgery is a procedure performed under general or local anesthesia. The duration of the operation usually varies between 1 and 1.5 hours. After the operation, the patient is dressed in a special corset for 2 weeks. The patient will be able to return to work after 3 days. If a buttock prosthesis will be used in buttock aesthetic surgery, this surgery will be performed under general anesthesia. The surgery takes approximately 4 hours and the patient will need to stay in the hospital that night. The patient can easily return to work 5 days after the operation.
As it is recommended in all surgeries, you should quit smoking, aspirin, blood thinners and similar substances 3 weeks before the surgery in buttock aesthetic surgeries. Among the things you should not use are pain relievers such as Apranax, Vermidon and Voltaren. If you need to use any painkillers other than these, you can use Novalgin and Minoset. In addition, you should not use multivitamin pills, herbal products such as flax seeds, green tea, tomato seeds and cherry stalks, and all weight loss products.
Buttock aesthetic surgery is an operation performed under general anesthesia. The average duration of this operation is around 1.5 hours. After the butt lift surgery, the patient can be discharged that day or the next day. Since all of the stitches are under the skin, there will be no need to remove the stitches. Patients should not lie on their back for the first two days. Afterwards, the patients are allowed to sit and they can easily take a shower. One week after the operation, the patient can return to his normal life, but he has to wait for one month to do heavy sports.
